Hi there and happy Saturday! It's time for another Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio and this week's theme is to create a card/project using embossing.

Sandy has some new stamps and digis available and for today's card I chose to use one of the images and sentiments from the Deck the Howls digi set.

Hallowe'en Mummy - Three Room Studio Challenge

Hi and welcome September! Where on earth is 2022 going, it's speeding by so quickly!

It's time for another Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio and this week's theme is to create a CAS card/project.  For today's card I used one of the cute images from the Halloween Mummies digital set.  Love that chubby little guy and the equally chubby pumpkin... of course, who has ever seen a skinny pumpkin?

I don't do many Halloween cards so I decided to shake it up a bit this year.

One More Chapter - Three Room Studio Feature Friday

Welcome to Feature Friday at Three Room Studio Stamps where the One More Chapter and I Heart Books is highlighted today.  This is the first time I've used this set and I really like it.  I love to read but laying on my back upside down in the big chair would just not be comfortable for me anymore!  In fact, if that's the way I was reading, I probably wouldn't be able to get up!

Be sure to check out the Three Room Studio shop to have a look at the stamp sets, to the Three Room Studio blog, the design team blogs and Instagram.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hedgehog Flower - All Dressed Up Stamps Release

October already!  Sometimes it seems like time just drags and drags yet the next time it seems like it's zipping along quickly!  I cannot complain about the weather because we are still having summer-like temperatures and it's so pretty with all the different coloured leaves on the trees.

We have a new release at All Dressed Up stamps. I have been given the Hedgehog Flower image to use and this is a card for my granddaughter.  She went through a phase where she wanted a hedgehog so badly but Mom said no so I guess pictures will have to do.

We've also got more new images and here's a snap of the three new ones:

Be sure to head on over to the to the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog where you can see all kinds of inspiration from the rest of the girls on the team. More Rainbows, More Unicorns

One last rainbow card!

For this card, I used the My Favorite Things Rainbow Whimsy die, coloured the segments with Copics and added Frantage.  I found this funny little unicorn at Goebie and I think he's so fun and cut.  I did the shading with Copic Ts and added some sparkle with Stickles.  The sentiment is computer generated and cut out with My Favorite Things Stitched Clouds die.

The sun is Lil Inkers Designs Small Sun die - such a shame they closed shop because she had some of the cutest stamps and dies and this sun is an all time favourite of mine.  The heart is from the Verve Hearts die and the rectangle is Gina Marie's Stitched Rectangle.

Thanks for stopping by!

Koalas, Clouds and Rainbows!

Today's card uses a combination of stamps and dies from my stash.  Rainbows were really trending for awhile so of course I had to jump on the bandwagon.

I quite like  the My Favorite Things Happy Rainbows die which I coloured with copics and then added some Frantage.  The cute little Koala is Reverse Confetti's Bear Hugs.  This is a stamp set which every one of my grandkids like and they've all done some artwork with it at one time or another.  The clouds are also My Favorite Things and from the Stitched Clouds set.  The sun is Lil Inkers Designs Small Sun die - such a shame they closed shop because she had some of the cutest stamps and dies.  The heart is from the Verve Hearts die and the rectangle is Gina Marie's Stitched Rectangle.  There you have it, a total of 7 stamps and dies on a small A2 card!

Thanks for stopping by!

Heart You - All Dressed Up

Can you believe it's February already?  That means we have a new release at All Dressed Up stamps and I have the adorable Heart You to show you.

I had a hard time getting a decent photo of this card.  The sparkles turned a terrible colour with direct light and it was too dark with the lighting moved away.  It's still not something I'm happy with but with all that messing around, I'm happy to get something that works.

Hello Mr. Squirrel - All Dressed Up Release

Wow, here we are in October already and it feels like time is just flying by.  It's definitely fall here, with some trees having lost their leaves already but the temperatures are still nice, no need for a jacket yet.
We have a new release at All Dressed Up stamps and I was given the Hello Mr. Squirrel to use.  I always enjoy the little girl images Wendy comes up with and this one is no exception, she's a cutie.
Here's a look at all four of the images released this month but be warned, they are so cute that you will likely want them all!
Be sure to visit the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog to see what else was created by the team for this release. While you are there, take a peek at the current challenge where the theme at the is always Anything Goes with the only rule to enter being you use an All Dressed Up image. If you don't have any, they can be can either be purchased at the All Dressed Up Etsy Shop or downloading one of several cute freebies offered on the blog.

It's a Ponderful Life - Three Room Studio Challenge

Hi there and I hope all is well with you and yours.
Today's card is for our latest challenge at Three Room Studio and this week's theme is Birthday and the challenge host is Kevin Bray.  Easy peasy because we all need birthday cards and for me, the majority of cards I make and send are for birthdays.
I kept my card fairly simple and sponged in a background of Tim Holtz's Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans distress inks and splashed it with some large water drops.  The sentiment and butterflies are from the Believe in Fairies set and the lily pad, frog and cattails from It's a Ponderful Life.
The challenges are now hosted on the Three Room Studio blog and although there are rules, they are simple and easy to follow so I encourage you to join in.
Be sure to check out the Three Room Studio shop to have a look at the stamp sets, to the Three Room Studio blog, the design team blogs and Instagram.

Summer Trainers - All Dressed Up Release

Hi and welcome to the new release at All Dressed Up digi stamps and another month with four beautiful new images. Below is a pic of all the new images which are available for purchased in the store now:
Aren't they fabulous!
I was given the Summer Trainers to use and to be honest, I did gulp when I saw the image but I took a deep breath and dug in.  I do wish I had not chose to use the Copic C grays for the shoes because they ended up being very dark.  Still, for being my first pair of shoes, I think they are ok.

Sleepytime - All Dressed Up Challenge

Hi there and welcome to another challenge at All Dressed Up stamps.  I've chosen to use the sweet little fox digi named Sleepytime.  Normally I avoid anything with fur but I thought this guy would look fine without the strokes so I stuck with blending.

Be a Flamingo - Katzelkraft

Hi there and here we are at a new week again.
I got some new Katzelkraft stamps and in addition to being really good quality red rubber, I really enjoy their images, so much fun!  This one is Flamingo and don't you love those silly eyes with the long lashes?  The card didn't take long at all because there's not a lot of colouring on the flamingo.  I used the Lil Inker Designs Stitched Mats Circle die, added a computer generated sentiment, some enamel dots and done!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week.

Popsicle Girl - All Dressed Up June Challlenge

Summertime!
Today is the beginning of a new challenge at the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog. This sweet little gal is Popsicle Girl from last month's digi release at All Dressed Up Stamps and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it and get colouring.  I'm still so grateful that winter is over that anything spring/summer related makes me happy (and warm).

Teepee Girl - All Dressed Up Release

It's June and that means a new release at All Dressed Up.  There's four sweet new images and here's a peek.

I was given the Teepee Girl image to use and all are available in the All Dressed Up Etsy Shop now.  At first, I was totally puzzled as to what paper would work with the image so I went rooting through my paper stash and found this one which I think works.  I forgot to write down the manufacturer and don't remember so I guess it's one of those 'hmmm ..' pieces of paper but I like it.
