Joanie - I Love You a Bushel and a Peck - Stamp Anniething

Today's card was made using Stamp Anniething's Joanie - I Love You a Bushel and a Peck.  The sentiment is also included with the set and there's an outline die as well but I don't have that so I cut it out.

I used the Aged Mahogany distress ink and spattered on some white, gold and red paint.

Hi!  Hard to believe it is May already and that in a month, 2024 will be half gone.  I swear, the older I get, the quicker time goes by.

Today's card is probably one of the fastest cards I've ever made and believe it or not, not a single piece of paper was garbaged in this project and that has to be a record for me.

I used the Thanks a Latte GC Add On die, the Woven Stars stencil and distress inks and that's it!

Day 2 of Stamp Anniething's May's  release and today the team is using the Ahsoka - May the Force Be With You  stamp set and coordinating outline die.  I've also used the new Happy Father's Day die.

 

The background is Tim Holtz's new Scorched Timer distress ink and I love this new colour.  To make the background look like barnwood, I simply pulled the ink pad down the paper and it's an instant background!

Din Djarin - This is the Way

 

Day 1 of Stamp Anniething's May's The Mandalorian themed release and today the team is showcasing Din Djarin - This is the Way.  This is another movie/series which I have no knowledge of because I am not into the galaxy/space themes so I had to do some Google searches to find it.  Apparently I'm one of the few who know nothing about this show or the characters... except for Baby Yoda, I know Baby Yoda.

 

The background colour is sponged in with Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans, Scattered Straw and Seedless Preserves distress ink, then spattered with water. The Layered Space Mando stencil was used to do the helmets.

For this week's Stamp Anniething DT post, I've used the Carly Cupid digital stamp.  I am late, I had intended to post it before Valentines Day but things got a little crazy around here so I am just getting to it now.  

I used Kitsch Flamingo distress ink on the card, then spattered with Picked Raspberry and finally some white paint.  The sentiment is embossed, the hearts coloured with Picked Raspberry and then I added Stickles.

Hi and here we are at day one of Stamp Anniething's April release which is a Clueless movie theme.  I don't remember seeing this movie so had to look it up to find out what it was about.  Today's feature is Cher - As If...

 

I used Salvaged Patina on the base, then ran it through the Big Shot with the new Plaid Stencil.  When finished, I brused the darker Salty Ocean distress ink on top.  You really cannot see the embossing in the photo but it does look nice.

 Hi there!  It's the fourth Tuesday of the month and time for my DT project.  This week's card uses one of my favourite Stamp Anniething stamps and this gal's name is Myrtle - Bees Knees.  I also used the corresponding outline die.

The background is Seedless Preserves distress ink with Villianous Potion at the top.  Water was splashed onto the surface, then Seedless Preserves and finally white paint.

Here we are at the final day of Stamp Anniething's March release and today we are showing Mama Odie - This Gonna Be Good.

 

I opted to make a circle card this time so I sponged in Kitsch Flamingo distress ink, splashed with water, then spattered white ink and Picked Raspberry distress ink .    The shaker part is actually some little bits I ran through the laminator  because sometimes I don't like the bulk of a shaker and this is easy for mailing.  Also used is the Shine Bright die - that's such a cute little die.

Itty Bitty Barn - Stamp Anniething

Hi there! Today's project is a little top folding card using the Barn Builder die from Stamp Anniething.  

I used Aged Mahogany and Hickory Smoke distress ink on a linen textured paper to get the barnwood look.  It was easy enough to do, just lay the edge of the ink pad on the paper and pull down.

I used this project to do my first reel on Instagram and you can view it here. I have to practice a lot more in order to achieve the seamless and perfect reels I see so many card makers making but it's a start.  The barn doors open and I used one of the pigs from the Ted - Let's Ham It Up set and the other piggy on the inside of the card.

Today is the third and final day of Stamp Anniething's February Back to the Future themed release and today we are showcasing the pretty Lorraine - You're So Dreamy.

 

I haven't made a shaker card for ages but today is the day!  Stamp Anniething also has some new Shaker Pouches which are so hand for shakers.  I used the Card Mat Builder Die to create the stitched border and opening.  The background is Speckled Egg distress ink with white paint spattered on the front and Shabby White Frantage on the back.
