For today`s inspiration card at Sugar Nellie, I have used the All Dressed Up Walkies image available from Funky Kits.  Love these stamps... they are quite large and perfectly suited for CAS designs.  My card is 6``x 6``so you can see how large they are.

Basik & K Thinking of You

Oh dear... what a moan I am having today!    I am really running behind, can't believe the month is half done, had an 8 hour meeting (yes, you read that right) yesterday and was hard pressed to get my card done for our Sugar Nellie Inspiration post.  Whew... I made it by the skin of my teeth and have to say, I am not really thrilled with the card.  These new ScrapBerry images at Funky Kits are the cutest little stamps but I was so rushed for time that... well, all I can say is that I wish I'd had more time!
This is one of the new ScrapBerry stamps which has been released at Funky Kits this month and this buggy eyed little cat set is called Thinking of You.  That cat has the funniest expression ever!

Cat - C7, C5, C3, C1.  After colouring in the cat, I took a loopy piece of cloth saturated with Copic Colorless Blender medium and held it down to add some texture.  The mouse was coloured using the lighter gray colours.

Challenge at the Sugar Bowl!

Well, November is nearly done and like everyone else, I'm wondering how this year sped by so quickly.  It will soon be Christmas and then we will be into 2015!

Time for a new challenge at Sugar Nellie's Sugar Bowl Challenge Blog and as always, the theme is Anything Goes.  To enter the challenge, you have to follow three simple rules:   You must follow the challenge theme,  your entry must include a Sugar Nellie image and finally, you  must link your project to The Sugar Bowl.  The first place winner will receive a prize of 4 SN digis with the second prize of 2 digis.

For my card, I've used the Furry Friends image which I just love.  I've used this one a couple times before and it's still one of my favourites but if you want the stamp, you will have to hurry because it is on the list of images about to retire.  Once it's gone, it's gone...

New Challenge at the Sugar Bowl!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are well.  It looks like fall here, in fact we had a skiff of snow earlier this week.  The leaves are off the trees and of course pile up in the grass... just waiting for winter, I guess!
Today is the day for a new challenge to begin at Sugar Nellie's Sugar Bowl Challenge Blog and to enter the challenge, there's three simple rules:   You must follow the challenge theme (it's always Anything Goes so that is Easy Peasy, right?),  your entry must include a Sugar Nellie image and finally, you  must link your project to The Sugar Bowl.  The first place winner will receive a prize of 4 SN digis with the second prize of 2 digis.
For my card, I used Love Letters 2 which you can purchase as a digital image over at Funky Kits but be prepared... there's a lot of great images and you probably aren't going to be able to stop at just one.
