Include an Animal - Three Room Studio Challenge

 

My first post for Three Room Studio in March! That snuck up on me very quickly and it seems like the days just zip by. It's time for another challenge at Three Room Studio and the theme for this one is Use an Animal.

This was a quick and easy card.  I used the Moving stamp set and simply spattered the card front with black paint and Broken China distress ink.

Your Favourite Colour - Three Room Studio Challenge

 

Hi and welcome to February! That snuck up on me very quickly and it seems like the days just zip by. It's time for another challenge at Three Room Studio and the theme for this one is Your Favourite Colour.

This is another of those cards that everything went wrong from the get go but you reach a point where you are committed and have to go with what you've got! First thing is that pink is one of my favourite colours but this one turned out to have more of a peach flair. I'm not even going to tell you about the inking errors and the hole I dug in the paper... we'll just leave all that there. hahahahha... I need a card like this every now and again so it makes everything from here on in seem more right with the world.

Three Room Studio Feature Friday - Just a Moment

 
Hi there and welcome to Three Room Studio's first Feature Friday for 2023!  Today's card share features one of the newest clear stamp sets called Just a Moment and I think this image portrays many of us first thing in the morning... whatever it is, it can wait until after those first sips of coffee!

I used Waffle Flower's Lacy Circles dies and the paper is Honey Bee.

Day 3 of the Three Room Studio Card Parade

Hi there!  Today is Day 3 for the Three Room Studio Card Parade and my day to showcase a favourite stamp set. I loved the Skate Sleep Repeat set from the first time I laid eyes on it and for me, the image radiates pure joy and exhilaration.  I also used the trees from the Welcome Winter set.

The scene is coloured with Copics with the ice and sky using B91 to B99 and I added some Shabby White Frantage for a bit of snow.

Namasleigh - Three Room Studio Challenge

 

Happy Saturday everyone!  It's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio and this week's theme is Glitter!

One of my favourite tasks every year is to make my own tags for Christmas and it's something I look forward to.  Some of this year's tags use the Namasleigh set of digital stamps and these guys are so cute and fun!  The set includes two sentiments plus I used a saying from the Just a Moment digital set.

I used Stickles to add glitter to the snowflakes and reindeer's nose and when the tag was finished, I added a coat of Sheer Shimmer craft spray.

 Happy Saturday! After having a break, it's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio and this week's theme is to create a card/project with the theme Anything Goes.

For my card, I sponged in Wild Honey, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide and then added a few sprinkles of water.

Use Vellum - Three Room Studio Stamps Challenge

 Happy Saturday!  It's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio and this week's theme is to create a card/project using Vellum.

I have to admit, this is a tough challenge for me and I'm not sure why it is but at any rate, I kept it fairly simple.  I embossed with Ranger Liquid Platinum powder onto the vellum so it's fairly quick and easy. I've used the Three Room Studio Hello Friend stamp set for both the sentiment and image.
