Toasting Marshmallows - Elizabeth Craft Designs

Hi All!  There's a new release over at Elizabeth Craft Designs and Joset has outdone herself with some fabulous dies and stamp sets.  The blog has so many inspirational projects for the focus day and you can see them here.   Since it's not going to be long before camping season and holidays are over, I should make a themed card for it before I start doing the Christmas cards so the Toasted Marshmallow set is my choice.  You'll want to be sure to pop by the Elizabeth Craft Designs store and check out the complete release.  There's something for everyone from penguins, moose, sweaters, trees, words, sentiments... lots and lots!
For the background, I sponged in Tim Holtz Carved Pumpkin and Candy Apple Distress Oxide ink and then spritzed with water.  I think those Distress Oxides are the most fabulous inks... I also used them to add colour to the fire, branches and marshmallows.  The marshmallows come with embossed eyes and mouths plus die cut noses but I left them off this time
Be sure to pop the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog and the Elizabeth Craft Designs Family fan page to find more inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by!

Wonderful card Marilyn! Love the inking I can almost feel the heat from here :). Your marshmallows look nicely toasted. Being in the UK we don't toast marshmallows so have always wondered what they taste like toasted. Debra x
