With spring in mind, I decided to do a cheery card using the Garden Party stamps and dies. The card worked up fairly quickly. Tim Holtz's Victorian Velvet was used to 'smoosh' some colour onto watercolour paper and when finished, the sentiment was stamped and the Victorian Velvet used again to gently rub around the paper edges. The little girl was coloured with copics which didn't take long and after a bit of assembly, the card was finished!
