Hi and welcome to All Dressed Up Stamps September Challenge. What a sweet little girl this is and she reminds me so much of my daughter who loves cats. When she was younger and we lived on the farm, you always knew where she was just by looking for the cats! They followed her around the yard, wherever she went. She has always had a cat or two ever since.
This image is Cat Person she's as cute as can be! The sentiment is a very old one which I have had for years called Happy Hello by Verve Stamps. I had a hard time choosing a sentiment for this card because the image is so large and there wasn't much room but this sentiment seemed perfect.
