To make my card, I used one of the images from the Gift Wrapped stamp set, thinking this little gal with the stack of presents would make a great birthday card!  Then I staggered and added 3 layers for the birthday wish from the Words 1 Celebrations Sentiment die set.  I really like these sentiments, they are so versatile and make a great add on for any card.
