Today is the blog release day for four brand new digi stamps from All Dressed Up and each is cuter than the last. Seriously, I would have been happy with any one of them and was given What to Wear to showcase for the launch.
I have to confess, this wasn't the easiest thing I've ever coloured. I began with the wardrobe using Copic earth tones. One of my markers began smearing and not blending so I printed another image and began again. This time the colours got too dark and I wasn't happy with it so back to the printer I go. For my third attempt, I used another set of browns but they didn't seem to be blending very well. The grays are my fourth go at it and I do think it got very dark and I'm not totally happy about that but I wasn't going to go for the fifth!
I love this image.. so girlie and cute. There's a lot more detail than I thought too but it's a great little scene.

I LOVE this! Your colouring looks as fantastic as ever even if it was fourth time round. I like the darkness of the screen as it makes it looks more like a sumptuous boudoir. I just had to go and buy this from the shop although mine will never look as good as yours. Debra x
So glad you persevered with your colouring - this looks stunning Marilyn. Love the colours of her frocks too. A wonderful result
Blessings

Fab card Marilyn and well done for your perseverance with the colouring - I don't think I would have been so patient :) x
This looks fabulous. I love that image, even if it is difficult to colour. I wouldn't have guessed looking at it, you always seem to get it just right. :0)
Wonderful card Marilyn..love it.

I commiserate with you. Big objects like that are always tough to color but I think it looks wonderful and the image really is cute. Hugs!
