Hippie Chick - All Dressed Up Challenge

I hope you are keeping well.  It's all good here but I am really looking forward to spring.  We haven't had a lot of snow so far but we've had a couple of cold spells and are in the midst of one right now.  It's warmer today but yesterday was a brisk -29 Celcius.  Yes, I typed that correctly... -29.  We don't have many days like that but when we do, I stay inside where it's cozy and warm.
Today marks a new challenge at All Dressed Up Challenge Blog and my choice of digis to use is Hippie Chick.  Loved this sweet image as soon as I saw it and couldn't wait to add it to a card.
