It's time for another revisit the October release at All Dressed Up and for my card, I've used the cute Have a Magical Evening. Very difficult to be too afraid of this little witch because she's simply not scary at all.
This card began with all the great intentions in the world but it was one of those that just about hit the garbage can several times and the only reason it did not is because I was pressed for time. I ended up with a major dark smear of ink when distressing the corners so I tried to fix it by adding some glitter which turned out to be an even bigger fiasco than the ink. In the end, I managed to 'erase' the glitter (thank goodness for those glue erasers) and then tried to disguise the mess with brads. I'm not the greatest with a camera but the orange on here is really bright whereas on the card, it's a nice soft orange. Oh well, after all is said and done and in the end the card is ok and I chalk it up to 'creating another opportunity'.
Anyway, there were four fabulous images released this month so pop on over to the blog to check them out and while you are there, why not enter the monthly challenge? As always, the theme is Anything Goes but you must use an All Dressed Up image. Wendy has some adorable freebies here and you can buy any of her art at the Etsy Store. You can also join the Facebook group where there's lots of chatter, a challenge and mega talent.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!

Fabulous card Marilyn! Your colouring of her is wonderful especially her hat, I'm rubbish at colouring black and red things. My motto is 'when in doubt add glitter' but this obviously didn't work for you but your end result is a fantastic card design. Debra x
