Christmas Tags

Every year I like to sit down and make some tags for Christmas gifts.  They are kind of fiddly and time consuming but they are very cute and now everyone looks to see the tag they got.  I know some of them get binned but just as many get tucked away and saved so it's all good because I like making them.
Frantic Stamper has three sets of stamps and matching dies in their September release and I have two of them to show you here.
The Playful Penguins set it has a total of 7 stamps (including the cutest igloo) and the matching die set also has 7.  At The North Pole also has 7 stamps and 7 dies.  Later in the week I will post a couple cards showing the same sets but for now, I thought these would make some cute tags.
I was able to figure out how to cut some tags on the Silhouette (I am sure that thing begins to laugh the minute I turn on the power button) so as soon as that was done, the rest was easy.  The paper was from a Carta Bella 6x6 pad which has strips of patterns and it was perfect for a bit of primitive looking colour on these.
Thanks for stopping by and have a good week!
Supplies:
Stamps - At the North Pole stamp FRA-CL-024; matching die FRA-DIE-09631
Playful Penguins stamp FRA-CL-025; matching die FRA_DIE-09632

These are so, so cute and I would love to receive a gift with one of these beauties which I would keep! I really like your idea about my friend's card but I don't think I'd get away with it. She doesn't get sentimental about anything and hates clutter. If you buy her a present and she doesn't like it she just sells it and buys something she does like with the money. Me I'd keep it anyway because she'd bought it for me. She's a really great friend as she'd do anything for me and has done, just not keep my cards, lol! Debra x
