Parachute Jump with Sugar Nellie!

I think spring is finally here!  The snow is gone (yay!) and the temp has warmed.  I've seen little bits of green grass poking through so if I dare... I think winter is finally behind us!
I'd also like to welcome my new followers and thank you for taking the time to stop by.
My inspiration card for Sugar Nellie this week is a digital image of a couple of little critters landing in for someone's birthday party.  The digi image is Parachute Jump and you can find it at Funky Kits.

A couple quick notes about the piece... first I coloured the bunny and pup, then dipped a cloth into Copic Colorless Blender, then dabbing it down to lift off some colour and give the image a mottled effect.  After that, I finished colouring the scene and then added the clouds by sponging in some Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass ink over a little cloud template I have.
Tomorrow is the launch and competition of/for the new Gorjuss stamps.
