Breathe - Saturated Canary

I love this image and I'm not sure why.  Maybe it's because she looks so peaceful and totally at peace with life... don't know, but I do like it.  This is one of a set of three images Krista Smith was offering for Help One and I think it was a limited edition image so if you didn't get it then, you can't now.  I was happy to contribute to a good cause and happy to get this lovely digi.
Sort of a sad day too... it's my last post as Sketch Saturday's February guest designer but it was one heck of a ride!  You should blast on over there to see what the team has created with this gorgeous sketch.  I did flip mine because the point seems to suit the image better... sort of a zen thing.
I love those Maja Design papers I got from Funkie Junkie and I have to have more... no end to the gorgeousness in those pads of paper.  Another of my faves is Frantage and this time I used Shabby Blue.  I love how you can dunk Versamarked chipboard, brads, metal... just about anything into it and you get this wonderful shabby chic look.
New stamps... I got new stamps!  The Live, Laugh, Love sentiment is a fab little find I saw at Technique Tuesday.  They have some really great stamps and I love the sentiment sets.
Supplies:
Image:  Saturated Canary Breathe
Stamps:  Technique Tuesday's Live, Love, Laugh
Paper:  Maja Designs which I found at Funkie Junkie
Embellishments:  Heart Sprocket is from a Prima Junkyard Findings and covered with Shabby Blue Frantage;  the chipboard pieces are from Quixotic
Copic Colours:
Hair: E37, E35, YR23, y23
Shrit:  B52, B45, B41, B00, B000
Roses, Sleeves: R89, R85, R83, R81
Skin:  E11, E01, E00, E000, R20

Thanks for stopping by!

The title of this image is so perfect - Breathe! It does look like that is just what she is doing - taking a deep cleansing breath to keep the craziness of life at bay. (Or maybe I am projecting my life onto your image!!) It has been such a pleasure to have you as a guest designer, Marilyn. Your work is always amazing, and it was lovely connecting with you. Thanks for accepting the offer and playing along with us this month. I hope to see you back in our challenges.
Hugs, Cathy xx

P.S. I think I am going to have to check into Frantage! You have enabled me because you use it so well in your cards!
