Hope you are having a great week and getting a lot of crafting done. I'd get a lot more done if I wasn't so easily distracted but oh, well! This image is one from Whimsy's July release
Apple of My Eye and the sentiment is also included as part of the 6 piece set. The papers are from Whimsy's
Cottage Garden collection. The oval die is Cheery Lynn's Polynesian Sails and I just love the lacy texture of this one. Now when I look at this pic, I think I should have added some little pearls - funny how I just don't see those things until it is up on the screen. The butterfiles is a cute little set from Impression Obsession and all five shapes are included. It is DIE046-A
The image is coloured with Copics and I added some Shabby Pink Frantage to the image oval and butterflies.
Copics:
Bark: E59, E57, E55, E51
Flowers: R85, R83, R81. I got a little too dark and went in with a white Prisma pencil and tried to lighten it up. It helped a bit but I wish I hadn't gone so dark.
Leaves: G28, G24, G21. After they were all coloured, I went over some leaves with YG00 and over the rest with YG23.

I guess these are Apple Blossoms. They really look like the Pink Dogwood that we have here.
Marilyn your coloring is so good - the blossoms and leaves are gorgeous. Such a pretty card - clean and fairly simple. You cannot beat classic designs!
