Birds, Birds, Birds

Holly at Eat Cake Graphics sent each of her design team members these three little birds and asked us to come up with something using them.  I chose to have the three of them sitting on a wire (not too creative, I know... we all want to be brilliant when we do these tasks) but I wanted to do a CAS card with them.  It was easy enough to do... I simply lined the three images up on a block and stamped it and then after, drew a line with a .5 Copic Multiliner.  The names and links for the birds are 5078-D Little Birdie Standing Looking Down, 5079-C Little Birdie Sitting and 5080-C Little Birdie Lying Down.  The sentiment is one from Chocolate Baroque's Words of Wisdom set, the ribbon is Stampin' Up and the pearls are from my stash.  The birds were coloured with various shades of the light  Copic C markers and finally, I softly sponged in a little shading around the birds with Tim Holtz's Pumice Stone distress ink.  Of course, you will want to check out the Eat Cake Graphics Blog to see what the rest of the team came up with, using these little birds.
