House Mouse

The new challenge at Creative Card Crew is Birthdays at Christmas & the challenge is open for the next two weeks.  Be sure check out the rest of the design team's submissions.
I used one of the Stampabilities House Mouse stamps named Relaxing  Bubbles #HMG1015.  The image is coloured with Copics, some stickles added to the bubbles & the papers are Tim Holtz.  I used one of my Nellie Snellen dies for the scalloped trim & the brads & ribbon are from the stash.
There is no sponsor this go-round but there is a really great prize which is a guest designer spot & the word is that there will be more than one prize!

Bella Loves Christmas

For my card, I used a digi from Mo Manning called Bella Loves Christmas & coloured her with Copics.  The Holiday Wish List stamp is from Whimsy Stamps & the postmark stamp is made by Inkadinkado (#96740).  Sorry, I don't have a link for it... I purchased it off Ebay a couple months ago.  The snowflakes are a Martha Stewart punch I used on glittery paper & the background paper is from my stash.

Bizzy Becs Stamp Release Day 6 - Savannah

Today is the last day for new releases for Bizzy Becs Victorian Sweethearts from her Blue Butterfly series.   Each of the six images was designed by Giulia.
Hopefully you have entered for the last five days & will do so again today. The 16 winners will be announced on December 17 & will be available for purchase in both digi & rubber at Becs Online Store.  Don't forget there will be 16 winners ( because there are 16 design team members) & each winner will receive the complete set (6 images) of the Victorian Sweethearts Digi stamps plus a bonus sheet of digi circle sentiments. Today's release is Savannah & I decided to give a criss-cross card a whirl. I coloured the image with Copics & then decided to distress it with Tim Holtz's Soot Black Distressing Ink. That was a little frightening because we all know that once we start, we are committed to keep going so there was a few heart flutters & sweaty palms as I got into it.

That's it... the releases are finished but check by later because the 16 winners will be announced.  It has been a pleasure & honour to be part of the release for this new line of stamps & hopefully you will have enjoyed them as much as I have.



Bizzy Becs Stamp Release Day 5 - Georgia

Georgia is the 5th stamp in Bizzy Becs Victorian Collection of her Blue Butterfly stamps & I think she's my favourite.  I like them all & as I was doing each one, I thought she was my favourite but no... the next one was, & the one after that... & on & on!  I coloured her with Copics & used two different Martha Stewart punches for the butterflies.  The circle sentiment is a freebie from Bec's Blog which you can find here, here & here.  Be sure to check out all three because Bec has designed & generously given out 3 different sets.  The doily is from Becs Online Store & she has a huge variety of them.  The paper & brad are from my stash.

Bizzy Becs Stamp Release Day 4 - Violet

Day 4 of Bizzy Becs Victorian Sweetheart Collection features Violet.  Now I am so sorry I am being boring... tag after tag after tag but I promise, this is the last one.   Now isn't Violet another cutie?  I wish I had a pair of legs like that but when you are 5'2", it just isn't happening... And hair, I'd love to have long, flowing locks like that too... but not green like mine turned out.  It was a big ooops.. I'd done a dark grey & then added yellow & holy cow, I had green hair!  She looks ok with it though... kinda Victorian Sweetheart with a little punk!  The sentiment is a funny little saying I found & is computer generated.

Bizzy Becs Stamp Release Day 3 - Ruby

Day 3 of Bizzy Becs Blue Butterfly stamp release is here & today's Victorian Sweetheart is Ruby. I've done another tag & used Copics to colour & added some Stickles on the umbrella & bows. The edges are distressed with Tim Holtz's Walnut Stain distress ink.



Remember, 16 lucky winners will receive the entire Victorian Sweetheart collection in digi format plus a bonus sheet of round sentiments. There's 16 winner's - one for each member on the Bizzy Bec design team & those 16 winners will be announced on December 16 (seems to be a lot of the number sixteen floating around, don't you think?). Bizzy Bec's new line of Blue Butterfly stamps is at day two of previewing another stamp in her Victorian Sweetheart Collection.  This gorgeous doe-eyed gal is named Olivia & she's as cute as can be.   There are four more days of previews with a new stamp being released each day.  Be sure to check out the design team blogs because there are some hidden treasures along the way.  There is a total of 6 designs being released & on December 17 the Victorian Sweetheart Collection will be available for sale at Bizzy Becs Online Store & you can purchase them in either rubber or digi.  The store is based in Australia & to make it super economical, all International customers will receive a Flat Rate shipping of $3 for Victorian Sweethearts Rubber stamps only.

Bizzy Becs is introducing her own line of stamps & they are available in both rubber & digi.  There's 6 of the little beauties & today is the release of the first of the Victorian Sweetheart collection & her name is Charlotte.  Starting today, a new one will be released each day until December 15.  Both rubber & digi will be available for purchase on December 16 at Becs Store.  In addition to the daily release, there are prizes just waiting to be one.  There will be mini candy on some or all of the design team blogs so you need to check each one out & leave a comment.  Then... there are 16 prizes to be one & each prize consists of a set of all 6 of the designs in digi format.  Why 16?  Because there are sixteen members on Becs design team so grab your coffee or tea, sit back & enjoy the ride!

Wow, Christmas is fast - approaching & we all have a mountain of tasks to get done before it gets here.  This is my card for the Creative Card Crew challenge for the next two weeks & the challenge is sponsored by Doodle Pantry & One Stop Card Crafts.  The image is Impression Obsession's Santa Horse  & although it is a sad day if you were to ever see me on a horse, I do love these guys.  I stamped the image with Momento Black ink & coloured it with Copics.  The edges are distressed with Tim Holtz Walnut ink & the sentiment is computer generated.

Bizzy Bec's Christmas Challenge

My first challenge as a member of Bizzy Bec's design team is happening right now & the theme is Christmas which just happens to be my favourite time of year.  The winner of the challenge will receive a $20 Goodie Pack filled with a variety of paper crafting products.  Be sure to enter the challenge at Bizzy Bec's Store Blog & while you are there, check out what the rest of the Design Team has been busy with.  I've used the Sneaky Tilda Magnolia & coloured her with my Copic markers.  I added some of the Tiara Stickles around all the edges & the brads & papers are from my stash.  That fabulous sentiment is one of a set of three free digi circle sentiments designed & generously given to anyone who wants them by Bec & available here under the Thursday November 11, 2010 post.  She's also created some more free digi circle sentiments under the November 06, 2010 post & some cute little digi ovals under the October 30, 2010 post.  I've snagged them all & know I will use them.  The Magnolia stamp, Copics & Stickles are available at Bizzy Bec's Store.  While you are there, check out what she's got available... tons of good stuff!  I received some of the lace she sells & it's gorgeous.  I also want to make note of the doilies I got from her store... they are so, so nice!
